When body, mind and soul are in balance, true healing can happen
Welcome to my website!
I am a counsellor, psychotherapist, and eurythmy movement therapist.

My approach to healing focuses on rebalancing the connection between body, mind, and soul.

I am the right therapist for those who have tried pure talking therapy and feel it has not quite addressed the root of the problem. You may feel the need to incorporate your body into the healing process.
The body holds all our painful memories which, when unprocessed, can emerge as triggers during times of stress, leaving us feeling lost, unloved, and at odds with ourselves and the world.

These are the services I provide:
Eurythmy
Therapy
Eurythmy therapy is a physical movement therapy. It is gentle and mindful and strengthens the
mind-body connection.

Eurythmy helps to develop a healthy relationship with our body and enables our true authentic self to be expressed.

I tailor all exercises to my client's individual needs and provide exercise programmes
that can be done at home.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
I believe in the healing power of feeling truly listened to and being given the time to find your own words to express what you are struggling with.

I want to provide you with a space where you feel welcome, unjudged, and supported.
Discover who you truly are, and revel in the delight of being yourself.
Groups and Courses
My groups and courses are for adults.
There is something very healing in group work, where each participant feels regarded in their individuality and feel a sense of belonging.

I run weekly groups and one-off courses with varying themes.

Therapeutic Approach
If you are a eurythmist or a
eurythmy therapist looking for ideas to expand your area of work, the therapeutic approach might be interesting to you.

I have developed a method to share eurythmy with non-eurythmists
(such as care staff in care homes) that teaches non-eurythmists
the eurythmic full-body-listening
to support them in their work.
